Important NO Pricing Update for the New Year

As we head into the new year, we want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We know how important stability is, and we’re committed to keeping things fair and transparent.

 No price increases will be applied to customers who are currently paying the correct rate.
There may be slight adjustments for those who are currently below the standard pricing, to ensure consistency across the board.

Rest assured, these updates are minimal and only affect a small portion of our customer base. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional value without compromising quality or service.

 Holiday & Winter Weather Schedule – Please Read! 

As the holidays and colder weather approach, here’s everything you need to know about our trash pickup and office hours:

 Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov 27)
Drivers will run routes very early — please put your trash out the night before.
Our office will be closed.

 Friday after Thanksgiving (Nov 28)
Routes will run as usual.
Our office will remain closed.

 Christmas Eve (Wednesday, Dec 24)
Routes will run as usual.
Our office will be open until noon.

 Christmas Day (Thursday, Dec 25)
No trash pickup.
Our office will be closed.

 Trash not picked up on Christmas Day will be collected the following week, and we’ll pick up two weeks’ worth.

 New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (Dec 31 & Jan 1)
Routes will run as usual both days.
Our office will be closed on New Year’s Day.

 Winter Weather Advisory
If weather prevents pickup on your scheduled day, we’ll collect two weeks' worth the following week.
